The new Salad Bar and Cafe at the Oliver House brings a different style of healthy eats to Toledo patrons. With a fresh take on salads, juices and coffee, as well as a make-your-own-trail-mix bar, all menu items feature “very clean, simple ingredients” according to owner Amanda Elenbaas, a recent transplant to Toledo. Amanda, who has long dreamed of opening her own business, will serve products from Go.Love.Coffee. Brewing Company, which donates all proceeds to Lifeline Toledo. The Salad Bar and Cafe observes social distancing guidelines.
