Program allows business to operate outdoors in La Crosse through November.
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Another business in downtown La Crosse will move outdoors.
Meringue Bakery is now approved to join the city’s Outdoor Cafe program.
The business joins several others in the city that can serve customers outdoors during the program that runs through mid-November.
