After temporarily closing, shutting down permanently, and sitting on the market for a couple of months, Epic Café is ready to reopen at 8 a.m. on Saturday, September 26.
Since the early ’90s, Epic Café has served caffeine, pastries, and comfort down on Fourth Avenue, and it was sad to see it close. However, the new owner, George Shaar, is taking the reins and giving the coffee shop a new beginning.
The menu, which features pastries, sandwiches, salads, teas, and coffee, will be familiar to those that used to regularly stop in, but a few new additions will be up for grabs, too.
On Facebook, Epic Café posted the following:
“Stay tuned for our new menu featuring new tasty surprises and also some of the same classics you love.”
The regular hours of operation are still in the works, but they’ve got plans to open up as early as 7 a.m. on most days. Stay tuned for a solidified schedule.
For more information, keep up with Epic Café on Facebook.
