RIDGEFIELD - Three generations of deli owners are part of the inspiration for Bobo's Café, the newest addition to dining and takeout in Ridgefield.
It's the fourth location for the Westchester-based eatery, which features modern takes on many deli classics, and the first in Connecticut. Bobo's in Ridgefield, located at 32 Danbury Road, just north of downtown, opened in mid-December.
