The former Feelings Café Bar and Courtyard is now available for lease or sale.
Located at 2600 Chartres Street in the Marigny neighborhood of New Orleans, the 4,444 square foot property is listed alongside the multifamily property next door, a 4,953 square foot building with three apartments and a first floor workspace.
The properties are being represented by New Orleans native Scott Graf with Corporate Realty along with one other agent.
“I’m excited to have the opportunity to help bring this iconic location back to greatness,” said Graf
Corporate Realty shared that this is only the fourth time in over 40 years the restaurant has been for sale. The naming rights to Feelings Café are also available.
