St. Paul’s Café Astoria is known for its over-the-top lattes including rainbow foam art, real gold flakes and fresh toasted marshmallows. But their newest creation is out-of-this world and Instagram is loving it. The Baby Yoda latte is almost too cute to drink featuring the infant alien sporting a Santa hat. The meringue’s are hand-made and peppermint flavored, while the rim of the decadent drink is dipped in chocolate and graham crackers. Café Astoria is located at 180 Grand Avenue. They just opened a second location in St. Paul called Side Hustle at 1124 Payne Ave.
