Cafe Relish to partner with Queen City juice - PostBulletin.com

Cafe Relish is the restaurant that the owners of Cameo at the Castle - Zach and Danika Ohly - are creating inside the Rochester Athletic Club at 3100 19th St. NW. It’s expected to open early this year.

RAC members and non-members will be able to order and pay online for pick-up or curbside service as well as a traditional restaurant experience with seating, once the construction build out of Relish is completed.

The Ohlys announced Monday that they will be pairing Relish’s fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps and soups with the beverage offerings of Breanna Holtan’s Queen City Coffee & Juice. Queen City makes an array of coffee drinks as well as several specialty cold-pressed juices.

The Cameo team is familiar with Holtan and Queen City Coffee & Juice, which was located on the third floor of the Castle. Cameo at the Castle is based in the lower level of the same complex at 121 N. Broadway Ave.

Since the pandemic has dealt a body blow to the hospitality industry, Queen City has been looking for new opportunities. Bringing Holtan on board at Relish just makes sense, according to Zach Ohly.

“The product mix that Queen City Coffee & Juice brings will be very complimentary with Cafe Relish’s menu and the perfect fit for members of the RAC and the general public who are looking for healthy, flavorful options…,” wrote Ohly.
