Gustavo Gutierrez was running late one morning, driving while trying to eat a classic New Jersey breakfast sandwich — bacon, egg and cheese with salt, pepper and ketchup on a bagel.
But as the chef sunk his teeth into the Garden State delicacy, it fell apart into his lap. Ketchup and eggs went everywhere. He had to go back home and change.
