BEVERLY — A new café and market is scheduled to open Monday at the site of the former Frank restaurant at 112 Rantoul St.
DeVille Cafe & Market will offer breakfast, grab-and-go lunch and dinner options, and feature a selection of prepared food, locally sourced products, and pantry staples, according to a press release.
DeVille’s full-service restaurant and bar at the location will open in early 2024 and offer a range of wine, beer and craft cocktails.
“DeVille will continue the tradition of high-quality food and consistent service, but with a hygge appeal and approachable offerings,” according to the press release.
DeVille’s will be run by head of culinary Annika Firestone and director of operations Alex Weatherup. Firestone has published three cookbooks and most recently managed the Tatte Bakeries across Greater Boston.
Weatherup has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years.
“We are creating a European-inspired coffee & tea menu with the best possible quality coffee New England has to offer and partnering with local roasters to provide guests with an experience outside the ordinary,” Firestone said in the press release.
The Cafe and Market is scheduled to open at 7 a.m. on Monday.
