CHAMBER NEWS RELEASE

The Chamber of Commerce celebrated the opening of the new cafe Sugar & Cream with a ribbon cutting on Monday, December 11 at 1789 Central Avenue in downtown Los Alamos.

Pig + Fig Café Owner and Executive Chef Laura Crucet opened her second restaurant in Los Alamos County, expanding to downtown Los Alamos in the MainStreet district, in the former Starbucks space. Sugar & Cream will offer coffee, house made pastries and gelato. Sugar & Cream will be open seven days a week from 7am to 7pm.

“The Chamber, Los Alamos MainStreet and LACDC are delighted to welcome Laura and Sugar & Cream to downtown,” Chamber Director Ryn Herrmann said.
