Here’s the list of when businesses are allowed to reopen in Massachusetts - Boston.com

Gov. Charlie Baker announced additional details of his four-phase plan to reopen Massachusetts, releasing a report that breaks down when and how businesses will be able to resume operations during the coronavirus pandemic.

Along with announcing several sectors that will be able to begin operations as of today during “Phase 1” like construction and places of worship, Baker’s report covered other industries like bars, movie theaters, and casinos that are slated to reopen during later phases.

The report also states that all businesses are required to follow mandatory workplace safety standards as well as sector-specific safety protocols and best practices outlined by the state. Open businesses providing essential services can remain open and have until May 25 to comply with these standards.

There are currently no dates associated with phases 2, 3, or 4, but Baker said that there will be “at least three weeks” between phases, adding that it could take longer depending on how the coronavirus spreads with the new guidelines in place.

The report also lists when recreation spaces and activities will begin to reopen, including beaches, summer camps, and outdoor performance spaces.

Here’s the full list, with additional details available on the state’s website.
