The Tropical Smoothie Cafe, one of the fastest–growing franchise concepts in the country, has recently announced its newest franchised location is opening in Marco Island, Florida, on Friday, November 6th, 2020. The new location is owned and operated by Peter St. Germain and marks their ninth Collier County restaurant to open. This cafe is located at 1093 North Collier Blvd, Marco Island. On Friday, November 6th, smoothies will be $1.99 all day. The next day, November 7th, flatbreads will be $2.99 all day. Then on Sunday, November 8th, they will have 5.99 flatbreads and smoothie combos all day.

Before joining Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Peter has worked most recently working with the Feinman family at Mangos Dockside Bistro in the Esplanade. Before moving back to Marco Island, Peter was the operator of a direct mail Val-Pak franchise in Lexington KY. Running a QSR franchise is not a new thing for Peter’s family as his father was the architect for a corporation that operated over 60 different mid-west-based restaurants ranging from the likes of Burger King, Pizzeria Uno, Tumbleweed’s.
