The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck is rolling through Brea on Saturday, Feb. 13. The Hello Kitty-themed food truck, which launched in 2014 and has stopped in cities all over the United States, will be stationed near California Pizza Kitchen at the Brea Mall from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Like its stationary Hello Kitty Cafe at the Irvine Spectrum Center, the mobile version will offer a plethora of goodies including a few new exclusive treats and limited edition collectibles. Items include a new Hello Kitty Cafe Cookie Plush, hand decorated cookie sets, sprinkle mugs, enamel pin sets, Madeleine cookie sets and Hello Kitty Cafe canvas totes.
The truck will also be loaded up with sprinkle T-shirts, thermal bottles, bow-shaped bottles, giant Hello Kitty Cafe chef cookies and a cafe lunchbox.
To ensure safety amid the COVID-19 pandemic, staff will be wearing masks and gloves inside of the Hello Kitty Cafe truck and there will be social-distancing markers placed on the ground to ensure safe distance for guests in line. High-touch surfaces will be wiped down every half hour, hand sanitizer will be provided for guests and payments are contactless and cashless.
