VALENTINE'S DAY SNOW?: It snowed in Houston 60 years ago this week

Dave Caulfield, a meteorologist out of Indiana, even recognized how crazy the temps are in the Lone Star State, comparing the weather here to frigid states like Maine and New Hampshire.
