Owner, Toy Connor of TOY & JUDY’S is a Los Angeles resident and health advocate, who was raised
vegetarian and ultimately transitioned to an Alkaline Vegan lifestyle, in an effort to take a holistic approach
to shrinking her tumors, after undergoing the grueling process of having them surgically removed, only for
them to grow right back.
With a passion to get to the root of the issue, Toy removed all Soy, Dairy and processed foods from her diet
and began eating only the foods and drinking only the teas from Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide, along with
drinking plenty of water.
After several months, Toy realized her tumors were shrinking, as they were no long obstructing
her bladder. As a foodie, Toy and her mom, Judy decided to explore ways to create healthy great tasting
dishes and desserts within the limited food list, to support Toy’s lifestyle change and ensure it taste just as
good as the real thing; but better and Healthier! Since then, they’ve made unlimited recipes within that food
list.
Toy thought it was important for healing and health conscious vegans to have “COMFORT FOODS”, in an
effort to prevent BINGEING. It worked for Toy & Judy, and they hope you will let it work for you too!
